Is FeliCan free?
Yes. A FeliCan account is free, with no ads, no payment card and no limit of animals.
Where is my data stored?
In the European Union — on servers in a data centre in France and in a server room in Poznań. You can export your data or delete it at any time.
Is there a FeliCan app for my phone?
FeliCan works in the browser on your phone, tablet and computer — there is nothing to download from an app store. Add the page to your home screen (“Add to Home screen” in the browser menu) and it opens like an app.
Who can see my pet's microchip number?
You and the people you invite to your account. The microchip number, your address, documents and your details are never public — not on your pet's public profile either. If you register the microchip in DogWorldBase, a finder can enter the number there; your details stay hidden.
Is it also for a mixed-breed dog or a domestic cat?
Yes. Choose “Mixed breed” or “Domestic cat” — no pedigree or paperwork needed. FeliCan is for every dog and cat, with or without a pedigree.
