FeliCan

About FeliCan — who runs the app and where your data is

FeliCan is a free online health record for dogs and cats — made for pet owners, not breeders. It is run by Kynologic Sp. z o.o. from Poznań, Poland, the company that also builds BreedManager, the software for dog and cat breeders. Your data is stored in the European Union.

Who FeliCan is for

For anyone with a dog or a cat — with or without a pedigree. Pick a breed or “Mixed breed” and “Domestic cat”; a pet adopted from a shelter gets a badge on its profile. Invite your partner, children or a pet sitter to the account — everyone sees the same.

What you can keep in FeliCan

The account is free, with no ads and no limit of animals. FeliCan works in the browser on your phone, tablet and computer — it is not in the app stores; add the page to your home screen and it opens like an app.

FeliCan and BreedManager

FeliCan and BreedManager are the same app in two versions: FeliCan for pet owners, BreedManager for kennels and catteries (pedigrees, COI, matings, litters). If you start breeding, the “I run a kennel” option turns your account into a BreedManager kennel with all your animals and documents.

Who runs FeliCan

The operator is Kynologic Sp. z o.o., ul. Półwiejska 17/26, 61-888 Poznań, Poland (VAT ID PL7831890477, KRS 0001066149) — kynologic.eu. The company's other projects for animal lovers: DogWorldBase (an international microchip number database — register your pet's microchip there from FeliCan with one button), RingPass (dog show entries) and RingDesk (dog show management software).

Where your data is

On servers in the European Economic Area: in a data centre in France and in a server room in Poznań. Nothing is public by default; the microchip number, your address, documents and your details are never public — not on your pet's profile either. You can export or delete your data at any time.
