Public profile and gallery

A page of your pet to share, albums and paws.

Every animal can have a public profile — a page to share with friends, e.g. felican.eu/buddy. The profile is off by default.

Turning it on

On the animal's page click Public profile → Turn on, choose the address, write a few sentences and the town (only the town, never the street). You can tick “adopted from a shelter” — a badge appears on the profile.

What is shown and what is not

Visitors see the name, breed, age, town, description, photos marked as public and public journal entries. We never show the microchip number, the address or your details. The profile stays out of search engines until you turn that on.

Gallery and albums

Every photo on the animal's page has a globe (public) or lock (private) icon — click to switch. Arrange photos into albums, e.g. “Walks”, “At home”. Visitors browse the gallery full screen and swipe between photos.

Paws

Guests and other users can give photos and entries paws (likes). Only the number is shown — not who gave them.

Sharing

The Share button opens your phone's share menu (Messenger, WhatsApp, SMS…) or copies the link. On Facebook the link shows with a photo.
